01Definition & Acceptance of Terms

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, mc888 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through activities that breached those terms. However, your original deposit balance (after deducting any forfeited bonuses or wins) will be returned to you subject to the outcome of mc888's investigation.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions
